A very nice stay at the Masseria. The accommodation was clean, we enjoyed the breakfast and the host’s hospitality, and the lodging is close to the points of interest.

We absolutely loved our stay! The owner was incredibly helpful and kind. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including AC, heating, and a kitchen. Parking was large, the area was very quiet, and the housekeeper cleaned daily even though it wasn’t strictly necessary. I would highly recommend this place! :)))

We had a very negative experience. We booked two accommodations for six people for three nights through Booking. Upon arrival we checked in. For the city tax and breakfasts not included in one of the reservations, we were asked to pay an additional amount, which the manager then discounted, a charge we had already paid. Later, when we were shown the rooms, we were told that the air‑conditioner in one of them was not working and that we had not been notified beforehand. The only solutions offered were a dehumidifier and a fan. Because it was hot that week, we asked for a second fan. A small portable unit was brought to us, which we documented with photos and video. At that point we felt the available solutions were insufficient for our needs and decided to contact Booking support, through which we had made the reservation. In the meantime we also found the cleanliness unsatisfactory, with cobwebs, a musty smell, and the outdoor area around the accommodations looked poorly maintained. Unable to resolve the situation that evening through support, we chose to find another place. We left the property that same night, without staying even the first of the three nights booked. Before leaving, we left the keys in the respective room doors to avoid further disputes or confrontations, and to exit peacefully. Later we filed a complaint through Booking and requested a refund for the unused stay.
