The bathroom door and wastebasket were in terrible condition, and the ceiling light had no shade. Breakfast was disappointing, and the wellness area was only open for four hours a day.

Breakfast was decent and the beds were good, but there was a lot of dust, and in the bathroom the tub and shower were attached to a wall that dripped all over the room.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds, parking was free, but breakfast was mediocre. The elevator didn’t work even though the listing advertised barrier‑free access. The pool could only be used from 10:00 to 19:00, which disappointed our kids, and dinner at the restaurant was only possible by prior reservation between 18:00 and 19:00.

The place was quiet, in a nice location, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, but after staying there several times I was very disappointed that the lunch service at the on‑site restaurant had shut down and they apparently no longer have a chef; the food was once great. The service and breakfast menu were also let down. Parking was convenient and the city centre is about a 15‑minute walk.
