Everything was perfect: the pool, the restaurant, and the staff all delivered top‑class service, and there were no problems at all.

The food was very good, the rooms were incredibly clean, housekeeping was super friendly, the garden was beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, the heated outdoor pool offered a stunning mountain view, the staff were kind, and the gym had enough equipment. Even though we booked the smallest room category, we ended up on the 3rd floor under the roof, giving us high ceilings that made the space feel larger, and there was a mini‑fridge in the room. We really liked it and would recommend the hotel. However, communication with the staff was difficult in English (they spoke German), which sometimes caused confusion. The manager was a source of disturbance in the dining area, causing the staff to behave differently. At night we didn’t receive the drink bill until checkout.

There was nothing positive, and we were charged for an extra two hours.

The view of the lake was a highlight, the hotel was elegant with a lovely lawn and a heated outdoor pool, but the road between the hotel and the lake was noisy, the breakfast tables kept changing, we didn’t book dinner, and it felt like a second‑class guest.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the lake. The breakfast was superb with a wide range of sweet and savory options. The staff were very welcoming, the hotel bar was great, and there was also a bar service by the pool. The heated pool offered breathtaking mountain views. The on‑site parking had plenty of spaces.
