The spot was well‑located, but parking was awful—always jammed with large trucks, the grounds were filthy, and they charged 20 dollars for dog sheets that were worn out.

The room and location matched our expectations, yet the guests seemed to live or work nearby and party in the parking lot late into the night; the steps and hallway were littered with empty cans and cigarette butts. We had booked two nights but left after one.
