We spent one night there and the room was clean, fresh and roomy enough for our family of four. The bathroom was especially large, spotless and well kept. The hosts were very friendly, gave us a lot of useful tips and graciously let us check out late. A small improvement would be to phrase the kitchenette notice more neutrally, focusing on strong or lingering cooking smells instead of specific foods, which would make the guidance feel more welcoming while still clear.

“Absolutely loved our stay here!”

I absolutely loved the newly refurbished rooms – they were super clean, modern and the beds were comfy. The view from our bed was spectacular, and we even borrowed board games and shovels to use at Hot Water Beach. Everything was well thought out and I’ll recommend it to family and friends.

The room offered an amazing view from the upstairs level, and the doors opened onto a deck. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

“We loved it. Nice and quiet even though it’s on the main road.”

The place is beautiful and clean, having been fully revamped after the local flooding and it looks great! I can’t find anything wrong, though a seat of some sort in the main room to put luggage on might be useful.
