“Feels like sleeping in the jungle”

The property sits in the middle of the jungle, and while the sound isolation isn’t perfect, staying there and listening to the waterfall and jungle sounds was part of the charm. The staff were all lovely and helpful, and the breakfast and restaurant were very good. The spa was wonderful, and we enjoyed great massages. The proximity to several waterfalls was a plus. Be warned that it can get cold, and we couldn’t get the AC in our room to warm up. However, the bed had multiple blankets and the hotel supplied hot water bags, so overall we were comfortable. It wasn’t a big issue for us, especially since the staff always helped every guest. If you book, be aware of the several stairs, which may not suit people with accessibility issues. Some windows (like skylights) lack blinds, so bringing a blindfold is advisable.

“Personas con luz”

Lo más destacado del alojamiento ha sido su personal. Muy amable, servicial y con una sonrisa continua. Nos proporcionaron una conductora llamada Mita que fue de lo mejor de nuestra estancia en la isla. También nos proporcionaron una excursión a unas cataratas que fue, sinceramente, espectacular. El hotel está situado en plena selva y su restaurante tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Es un lugar con mucha personalidad. Veníamos desde Ubud y es completamente diferente, si te gusta el treking y la naturaleza, está situado en un punto muy interesante. Repito que lo más destacable, aún así, es el personal del lugar. Quizás la mosquitera de la cama, nos agobiaba un poco

“Very nice stay, for two nights it was enough. Very friendly staff and big rooms.”

We got a room with a sunset view in the jungle, and it was amazing! The room stayed clean throughout our stay, and a dehumidifier was really needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the laundry service and had a massage, which was the best. It was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed the restaurant. The only issue was that there was no Grab or Gojek, so the only way to get around was to book a local driver or rent a bike; there weren’t many other things to do near the hotel.
