The location was good, but the response and facilitation were lacking.

They let us pick rooms instead of offering vacant ones, and there was no daily room service.

The reception was very friendly and the staff were courteous; the bath had a day‑time window, the water was hot quickly and had good pressure; breakfast was a buffet that changed a bit each day; the garden was pleasant for outdoor breakfast with an integrated café, a little oasis; and even though the hotel sits right in Thamel, it was surprisingly quiet.
