We didn’t like anything; the room was old, dirty and the air‑conditioning didn’t work, and when we asked the manager to fix it the next day he gave a rude answer, so we requested another room because we couldn’t sleep in the heat, only to be told it wasn’t like the photos, and we eventually had to arrange a transfer to another hotel.
The hotel was clean, the service excellent and the staff respectful, especially the courteous front‑desk employee (Fateh). Breakfast was tasty and varied, and I highly recommend staying here; the location is perfect and the service wonderful.

J’ai été confronté à un problème technique via Booking et ma réservation a été annulée. J’ai donc perdu de l’argent. Booking n’a pas souhaité m’aider mais l’hôtel a fait le nécessaire et a considéré ma réservation toujours valide afin de ne pas gâcher mon séjour. J’en suis très reconnaissante. Le responsable à l’accueil a été + adorable avec nous et a rendu notre séjour complet ! Merci donc infiniment pour tout
