Upper floors are reachable by elevator, and the Standard Twin Room provides air conditioning, a private bathroom and free Wi‑Fi. The room sleeps two guests and can accommodate one crib; it is carpeted and equipped with a telephone, tea/coffee maker, electric kettle, iron with ironing facilities, a desk, a socket beside the bed, a safety deposit box, heating, satellite TV channels and a flat‑screen TV, plus a wardrobe or closet and wake‑up service. “Thought the cost of our suite wasn’t good value for money”
The location was good. The bathroom was cramped and old, hard to get cold water or adjust it, and there were no hand or body lotions. The air conditioning was poor, the bar’s wine selection was limited, and there weren’t enough power points for the hairdryer.

They upgraded us to a very large corner room with many windows. The room was very clean and comfortable. Some soft pillows would have been nice. The biggest issue was the construction happening right across from us.

Central location, great staff, comfortable and quiet room. Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, they left a bottle of bubbly in the room—a lovely gesture. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was a bit tired, there was no decaf tea or coffee in the room, the shower gel soap dispenser wasn’t working, and there was a lack of fresh fruit for breakfast.
