The property’s location was stunning, with incredibly beautiful and peaceful surroundings; the room was comfortable and spotless, and I slept wonderfully – overall excellent value for money and I’d definitely return.

The spot is perfect, rooms are comfy with all the essentials, breakfast is top‑class and cooked to order, and the staff welcomed me with tea on arrival, which I really appreciated. No complaints at all.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and tailored for us, the view of the lake and garden was lovely and peaceful, and the chickens and ducks roamed free. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit narrow and creaked for us.
