The location was good, but the bar was closed for no clear reason, and the breakfast service was poor—we had to wait an hour. Also, it wasn’t the season for surfing, which we’d liked to do in Mirissa, and we would have appreciated that information beforehand.

“Great location and view but poor experience during offseason”

The place had a great spot overlooking the beach with private access, and the hotel refunded the remaining nights. However, there was no Wi‑Fi or it was extremely slow from the room, and the area had no cellular coverage from the main tourist provider, so we had no internet. Power cut at 2 AM and didn’t return until 7 AM, so the AC was off and we couldn’t sleep. The building is old, not well maintained, with saltwater damage and corrosion. Outside food and drinks were unavailable except for the included breakfast, which was explained as being off‑season.
