“Clean rooms and cozy vibes”

The rooms are clean and cozy, providing all the essentials needed, with a good, clean vibe and really good mattresses, and it’s within walking distance to Mall Road. One of the staff was a little rude when I woke him up at 4 am to visit Tiger Hill; I had already informed them that I would be visiting Tiger Hill in the morning, but when I tried waking him he seemed very irritated.

The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing; the service was very bad, the staff demanded tips, and guests were charged extra for everything—₹40 for a ₹20 MRP water bottle—making a stay here a total waste of money.

Everything was excellent, except there was no intercom system.

“Overpriced for what was offered.”

The staff were polite and hospitable, but the water flow pressure in the bathroom was very low, rendering the shower head useless. Additionally, the hot or warm water was absent in commonly used areas like the wash basin and jet spray, leaving the water freezing and the stay quite uncomfortable.

“Good hotel @ budget”

The room and staff were excellent, yet the only issue I encountered was that my airport cab couldn't reach the hotel because of the steep location, though the hotel does provide its own cars.
