“Horrível”
The only thing they did right was refund part of what we paid, which was honest enough. But we got there after dark and there was nobody to show us around – the building felt deserted and there was zero security. In the morning we showed up at 8:30 expecting coffee, only to find the staff lounging in the garden with no way to get us a cup, and we were told it might take an hour; there wasn’t even a jug of water. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and the whole place feels run‑down.
