The accommodation was very well located, very convenient, and the person we dealt with was responsive. Generally I don’t leave bad reviews, but during our stay there were too many problems: the place was not insulated at all, we could hear everything, even the neighbours’ TV program; we fell ill from the humidity and mold on the sheets and pillows, which attracted slugs; the bathroom had a horrible sewage smell; we had to close the door to sleep; the hygiene supplies were far from enough—no hand soap (the reservoir was empty when we arrived) and very few body samples.

Good location near the central station and city centre, but it smelled awful for some reason, water ran from the ceiling and flooded the floor, and there were no basic personal hygiene supplies.

We had a wonderful stay in a great location! Everything was comfortable, clean, and well organised. The automatic self‑check‑in was especially convenient and made our arrival very easy, even without meeting anyone in person. The guesthouse is very close to the train station, which was extremely convenient for us, and at the same time it is right in the centre of La Spezia. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and beautiful streets nearby, so it was very easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, our stay was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was large and very comfortable, and we especially appreciated having an extra blanket available. Everything was clean and tidy, and the room felt cozy and pleasant. There is a capsule coffee machine and small fridge inside the room. Thank you very much for making our stay so comfortable and convenient! We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again. La Spezia itself was also a wonderful discovery. It is a beautiful, charming town and a great place to stay while exploring the Ligurian coast and Cinque Terre. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and is perfect for a pleasant holiday. Thank you again for everything! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Grenni Guesthouse. The only small things we missed were some basic kitchen utensils and a corkscrew, but this did not affect our overall experience.

The room was very nice and close to the train station, and it was great that we could leave our backpacks there. Everything was fine, maybe just a little noise from the neighbours.
