“I would NEVER stay again”

The staff were friendly. The rooms were dirty and smelled awful. The blankets were ripped, the shower was a death trap. Security was lacking as doors were propped open with rocks. There was mold on the shower curtain.

The room was great, the staff were great, and the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast—no complaints. The location is nice, close to the mall and on the south side of town. The main reason we booked was the water park, but the slides were out of order, which seems to happen often. Without the slides the kids still enjoyed the pool, but it was a bit of a let‑down since we paid extra for this hotel.

I liked that the hotel was connected to the mall. We were hoping the pool/ waterpark would open earlier, but it only opened at 4 pm, so the kids missed out. We also liked going to the fair in the evenings. Because we took our shoes off in the room, the carpet stayed wet the whole time we were there.

“Over charged”

The place was decent for 120.00, but I was charged for the room when I arrived, meaning I paid for it on booking and again at the hotel, and there was an additional 85 dollar charge, so 120 from booking plus 135 plus 85 when I got to the hotel. I'm waiting to see if it will be refunded, as I know how messed up it can get. My only complaint is the charges. Overcharged, maybe.
