Excellent location for getting to Bled, Wintgar, and Ljubljana. The staff were attentive and responded immediately when we needed something. We checked in without any trouble and the room was clean. The surroundings were tidy. The village was picturesque with well‑maintained houses and guesthouses. The view of the mountains was great. The mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was a bit cramped with a small table. It was only suitable for small cooking, mostly for heating. The shower area was missing at least one shelf for shampoo and other items. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, probably because of a storm, but the owners rebooted it and it worked fine. The TV wasn’t functioning, but we didn’t need it. When the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, we wanted at least some alternative, but the owners apologized and took care of it. No major issue, they probably fixed it already. There were no shops in the area.

The place sits on a quiet street with a great view of the mountains and is easy to get to, making it a solid base for exploring the area. The apartment itself is sparsely equipped: there’s no hair dryer or kettle, the stove heats up very slowly, and we had to guess the coffee strength because there were no markings; salt and sugar were missing. The bed creaked with every turn, the fridge whined loudly at night, and with just a few small flaws, the overall impression could have been much better even though the price was quite reasonable.

“Mai più”

The location was good and the surroundings were nice, but the space claimed to be a studio turned out to be a foul, dirty cellar that was poorly set up. The kitchenette was tiny, tucked in the entry next to the bathroom, and barely equipped. The room was sprayed with deodorants to mask the cellar smell, and the beds had cheap, worn mattresses and pillows.
