“Świetny 10/10”

The basic accommodation provides everything essential from a microwave to cutlery. The rooms are somewhat small but overall cozy and warm. I recommend it. I spent a week without a car and can rely entirely on public transport; the bus stop is right next to the property. The aurora is great here—if it’s strong you can even see it directly from the building. I’d still suggest staying just above the Ivalojoki river where it’s darker. The acoustics were poor and you could hear every neighbor’s movement; a sound‑absorbing foam would have solved that issue, but it didn’t ruin the stay.

A small, pleasant accommodation with all the essentials for a short stay; it’s easy to check in and you can park your car next to it. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is disappointingly bad.

Nice place. The sound insulation is poor; you can hear everything through the walls.

“Kohtalainen”

We had a microwave, water and coffee maker, tea and crackers, and the bathroom came with shampoo and men’s shower gel; we liked the bathroom and the double bed was really good, but the room was cramped, soundproofing was weak, the neighbour’s deep breathing, snoring and coughing disturbed us, the filter bags ran out and getting replacements was problematic because the owner was unreachable, there was sand on the floor right when we arrived because it hadn’t been cleaned, the left wheel of the VCn chair was completely loose and my husband fixed it the next day, and when I mentioned it to the owner he claimed the cleaner hadn’t noticed it.
