The staff were fantastic and the breakfast selection was solid; the pool area was spotless and the kids loved hopping between the pool and hot tub. The bathroom door didn’t shut fully and kept rubbing against the floor, and the entrance lock on the front door was faulty.

Everything was fine, except the TV was broken the first night.
“Unexpected awakening”
It was clean, comfortable, and refreshing. Not to far from Hershey Park. The hotel fire alarm going off in the early morning not once but twice. Scared us half to death and there was no instruction or reason provided to us either time. I believe the first was approximately 520am next was about 615am. I cannot get up quickly because of Health conditions and doing that twice in a short period of time really messed up my families whole day. When I get up quickly from sleep my Vertigo and equilibrium is off all day. Our day at Hershey Park was not fun at all. I was vomiting and dizzy all day and had to come back early to hotel, ruined our whole trip from Buffalo, NY to spend 2 days in the park that ended up only being one day due to being awaken in such a fashion that is NOT normal. With getting no explanation to why or what caused it until my husband inquired about it was definitely disheartening because of the money and time we spent getting there and getting our vacation cut short

I liked how close it was to Hershey Park, and the room and bathroom were clean.

I’ve stayed here twice now. The hotel sits in a convenient spot, about 15 minutes from all the attractions. The building was clean, the room comfortable, and the staff were friendly during the few interactions we had. Free parking and breakfast included are definite pluses! We were only there for one night on a girls’ trip, but the three of us said we’d come back. The elevators could use a maintenance check; one was very loud, sounding like grinding gears, and the other seemed off. Our room door was tricky too—it wouldn’t open without a bit of force after swiping the card, and you had to pull hard for it to close when leaving. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable.
