The room was clean and the staff were courteous, but the heating didn’t work, the breaker tripped, the bathroom door popped off, the room was very small, and no follow‑up was made regarding the damage and defects. The accommodation wasn’t close to the attractions.

The location was very good and there was enough space for two people, but it was insufficient for four. There was no one at the front desk upon arrival (just an information message) and no one at departure.

Although the space isn’t large, everything needed is there and it feels very cozy.

Perfect spot for visiting Jacques Cartier Park. The outdoor pergola allows for nice dinners. No one came to greet us—could be a booking glitch when sending the access code.
