The location is in the heart of Old Town, and the continental breakfast is good. Nothing negative.

Breakfast was unsatisfactory. It was very loud at night for a long time and again very early and overly loud in the morning.

The hotel is in the old city center. The room was tiny, the bathroom was dirty with drains that didn’t work, there was a bad smell, dirty linens in the hallway to reach the door, windows weren’t sound‑proofed, the phone support was made with a disc, she didn’t understand anything, and it was terrible.

Secure but simple access (2 codes) + perfect location + nice Alice in Wonderland theme references + clean, tidy, simple, efficient + earplugs available if evening animation is noisy (which wasn’t the case for us) + well‑stocked breakfast + a smiling hostess. Nothing to complain about.
