The facilities were generally fine. The staff service was awful, they didn't give full information and were reluctant to help. I asked for a room change because of noise; the response was not very friendly but they eventually switched me rooms. The new room had a blanket with a blood stain and the bathroom curtain had a similar stain.

The breakfast was terrible, there was no restaurant service the rest of the day, and the room was not cleaned daily.

We booked this hotel because of the parking, but when we arrived they rudely told us there was no parking and offered no solution, which was very uncomfortable and made us decide not to stay; the rudeness was significant.

The location is very close to JMC Airport, the quality‑price ratio is good, and the staff were excellent.
