“Horror.”

I stayed in a tiny, unhygienic room with no lift—just stairs—and the staff were unfriendly. The room smelled bad, the bed was uncomfortable, a dog had pooped on the stairs, there was dust on the lanterns and a dust cloud under the bed, the furniture looked old, and daily maintenance was missing.
