The staff were very welcoming and kind, the food and drinks at the café were excellent, and the location is great for getting around Osaka. The venue itself is beautiful and cozy, so overall nothing to complain about!

Getting there was convenient, but I expected a well-preserved historic house with atmosphere; instead it was a messy old building. On the second floor of the curry shop I could smell coffee and food, the cabinets were dusty and the space felt cramped.

It’s close to Shin Fukushima Station, which has plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s a 20‑minute walk to Osaka Station. I was on the top bunk and found the ladder hard to climb up and down.

The rooms have a good view and the shower was awesome.
