I could grill on the property 😅 but the owner never replies to messages left on Booking. The place isn’t very clean and the minimum essentials, even for a single night, like toilet paper, aren’t provided. The whole cabin creaks, the walls are thin, and you can hear the other cabins right next to each other – there are about 890 cabins in the complex. The Wi‑Fi is also terrible. The bins hadn’t been emptied, so I had to take them out myself. I’m not sure I’d recommend this spot. If you can find something for only €100 more, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth it here.

The accommodation was very clean and the fully fenced garden let our dogs run around freely.

Nothing good to say. The whole place was in terrible disrepair: a torn, patched blind held together with duct tape, mold in the bedroom wardrobe, a wobbling toilet, and mildew‑stained shower joints—an awful experience.

When we got to the property it was clean and there were instruction left for us. It was also nice and cool inside. We loved using the outside patio. Also at arrival there were 2 water bottles left for us on the table wich was super nice. It is only a 15 minute walk to the tram station and there was lots of activities to do nearby. It was sometimes a bit hard to reach our host. The AC was leaking water when we turned it on. One of the lamps inside the livingroom didn't work. There were several window that we couldn't open. When showering the water kept changing temperatures and we couldn't find a way to fix that

“verschrikkelijk”

The bed was comfortable, the surroundings pleasant and the campsite attractive, yet the caravan was old and worn, poorly maintained, the air‑conditioning malfunctioned, the terrace was dirty and overgrown, everything under the sink and in the bathroom was damp and smelly, the pictures online didn’t match reality, the view faced the parking lot, and it was far from the beach and shops, making a car necessary.
