We were disappointed because the spa client was told to pay $75.00, yet we didn’t know what the spa was; the service communication was bad, we had a problem and were dissatisfied in Rouyn‑Noranda, QC, though the roads were nice and we had a good trip back to Longueuil, QC.

The coffee was good, but the room price was too high, the air‑conditioning didn’t cool, the shower was awful, breakfast was too early, the bed was really small—overall a not‑so‑great experience.

Very clean, nice decor, friendly staff, a truly nice room, and the pre‑stay instructions were followed exactly, but there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products in the hallway.
