“Hotel is ok but Poor communication will make me think twice if I will use this hotel again”
The breakfast was just average. The staff couldn’t understand Hindi or English well, which caused issues and meant the specific items I asked for weren’t given. The location was fine, with transport, a boat ride, and the mall all nearby. The main issue was the poor language skills of the staff, leading to problems; as a result, room cleaning wasn’t done when I requested it and regular items weren’t provided in the room. I’m not sure why all the staff were so young and the manager on duty was never seen.
The location was very convenient, right opposite Forum Mall, and the staff were friendly. However, there were mosquitoes in the room.
The staff were very helpful and efficient in their duties.
