“満足です。”
The room was spotless and comfortable for a night‑only stay, but when I went to the front desk around 12:30 am expecting the 24 h–10 am amenity service that was advertised, there was nothing there.

I drove in, so having a free parking lot was a big plus. The large public bath was also a satisfying feature. No complaints.
“Staff like Mei, and Rei are worth retaining. Value to the organisation”
The hotel sits right in the heart of Kyoto, close to the station, with nice facilities and friendly staff. Every time we needed to leave, we had to validate our parking ticket at reception, which was a bit of a hassle.

The room, the hot‑bath area, the overall hotel, the convenience of a luggage‑transfer shop, and the free bus to Kyoto Station were all great. However, the room was not cleaned as promised on the third day, the staff couldn’t offer a solution, and the general service left something to be desired.

The shuttle to Kyoto Station was a real lifesaver, and the onsen was peaceful and lovely. My room was large and spotless, and the location was super convenient. On the downside, the laundry room only had two machines, which caused a queue for many guests. The breakfast on our second morning had almost run out, and no extra food was brought even though we were early and still had time to eat.
