The staff at this hotel were a highlight, with everyone being extremely polite and eager to help. Komal, who worked at the front desk, was particularly helpful and always willing to listen to concerns and respond accordingly. However, the location of the hotel was a major drawback for me.

I was pleased to find that breakfast was included, and the staff were quick to attend to my requests. However, the lack of soundproofing meant that external noise was a concern, and as a couple, we were disappointed to find that there was only one toothbrush set provided. Additionally, the shower room was not well-designed, with water splashing out onto the floor.

“it was a good stay”

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with everything about my experience being positive. There were no issues or complaints to be had - everything was just perfect.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was let down by the breakfast, which didn't quite meet my expectations. I was looking forward to a great meal to start the day, but it didn't happen.
