I loved the breakfast – it was really good, and the rooms were nice too, but logging into the internet could be made easier.

The hotel was wonderfully luxurious, the staff were super friendly, the food was great, and the beds were very good – everything was perfect.

“An average experience with a few comfort issues.”

The staff were helpful and the overall environment felt pleasant, yet the toilet needed improvement and the room lighting was too weak; brighter lights would make the room feel much more comfortable, and the pillows weren’t very comfortable.

“Top Hotels in Makassar”

This place is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Makassar! Huge thanks to Chef Sigit for the amazing service; he thoughtfully made a beautiful complimentary cake for my daughter while she competed at the venue, which made the experience so special. I suggest giving Josua Ari Nana more training on handling guest requests, especially on when it’s appropriate to mention extra charges, because not every request warrants it.
