The experience was excellent. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the staff service was always friendly and professional, and breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful. The location on Sheikh Zayed Road also seemed perfect for moving around and exploring Dubai. Honestly, we had no negative aspects during our stay. Everything worked very well and the hotel fully met our expectations.

The breakfast options are good, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient. Nothing else.

The staff went above and beyond with every little detail and personal touches, and they were incredibly attentive; the location was ideal for the event at Dubai World Trade Center. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a hair dryer.
