Everything was good.

The location and the spa were great, the food was very, very good, and the reception staff were friendly; the value for money was excellent. The rooms might feel a bit old-fashioned, but that’s understandable since the hotel is under renovation. Some guests in the spa made a bit of noise.

The reception, the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant service were excellent; the dishes were varied and very good. The spa was superb and the heated outdoor pool was great. The room was very clean, had a nice terrace, and a view of the pool. Towels and linens were changed daily, which I found very pleasant. We had a wonderful stay where everything was pure pleasure. The only drawbacks were the lower‑quality toilet paper, the absence of a tissue box in the room, and the key‑chain holder being too heavy and bulky. These are small details that could be improved; otherwise everything else was perfect! That’s why I gave it a 9, and maybe next time if those three things change, I’ll raise it 😉

The place is very well situated, parking is convenient, and the wellness facilities are absolutely luxurious. Part of the hotel has been renovated while another part remains older. The wellness area, in particular, is outstanding – there’s an indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, a hot tub, and two modern relaxation rooms. The food and the half‑board option are solid. Breakfast offers everything you could want, and the pancakes are fantastic. If you opt for half board, the buffet is fairly generous with starters and vegetables, followed by three courses. The cuisine focuses on traditional Trentino mountain fare, which is good, but staying a full week can feel a bit repetitive and you start missing classic Italian dishes. I really liked their ordering philosophy: you use your phone to scan a QR code to order dinner, and the same works for drinks at the bar. I liked that system. What I found absolutely outrageous, however, is the beer price – €6.50. The same goes for the wines; they’re mostly ordinary brands you could buy at a supermarket for €7–8, yet the hotel charges €20+ for them. The older rooms lack air conditioning. The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all, I rate the hotel very positively.
