“Não volto”

The beds were comfy, yet no one answered any of my concerns; reception was only open two hours a day, so I had to unlock the door at 3 or 4 am. The service was awful. They warned that there’s no kitchen, only a microwave.

“Disappointing”

The only good thing was the location, close to tram 28’s starting point. Everything else was bad: the host was unhelpful, answering “I don’t know” to every question, rarely appeared, and never replied to messages. I booked an 8‑bed dorm but ended up in a 12‑bed one without explanation. There’s no hair dryer, and if you travel in summer, avoid the top bed (the third one) because it has no fan or AC and gets scorching hot.

The location was a bit okay, but they never told us how to get there, there was no Wi‑Fi, and they should have at least a kettle or electric stove.

I liked the view points nearby, but there was no front desk, no kettle, and a single bathroom for fifteen beds.

The price was good, but the place stank, the broth was unimaginable, and the bathroom fell apart.
