The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and courteous. You can rent a bike or book activities, usually with a minimum of two people. The location isn’t great, but Karakol isn’t huge either. The hostel’s entrance is somewhat hidden; you have to go through the nearby hotel’s reception and then be escorted to the room. In bad weather, the facilities aren’t prepared and there could be problems with power or water.
