“It was a frustrating and terrible experience”
The room was scorching at 78‑80 degrees when we arrived, and we were told it would cool down because the AC had a motion sensor, yet it never dropped below 78; the shower was dirty and cracked, and even after moving to another room the AC and shower remained problematic, while the hallway stayed extremely hot and the staff claimed the sensor was normal; I went to Laquinta, saw a 72‑degree room, returned to Tru to request a refund for checking into Laquinta instead, but they refused and gave me excuses, making the experience terrible.
