“Hotel novo, café da manhã muito bem feito e boa receptividade.”

Breakfast was the highlight, the reception was very good even when I arrived late, and the room was nice; the view of the city is a plus, but getting there takes a 10‑minute drive on winding streets, and the semi‑open bathroom makes it wet.

The view is gorgeous, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very friendly; nothing else.

“Help needed.”

The hotel is lovely, just a long climb up; the receptionist went above and beyond when no food was being prepared and we hadn’t eaten, and the bar closed early because no one else was there, but the receptionist helped again; I think management could add a few more staff to make guests feel valued.
