I enjoyed the beach and the swimming pool, but the room maintenance was poor and the furniture quality was bad, and there were no food varieties.

“Don't go on the weekend!!”

The weather and sunshine were nice, but maintenance workers worked all day on Thursday and Friday to keep a food booth on the beach, using a marble cutter and a hammer, which caused a huge disturbance; I spoke to hotel management several times without success, and I only enjoyed my vacation on Saturday.

“Not gonna repeat it!”

The sea was the only good thing there, but the staff made us wait for someone to move our luggage and then decided to go up and move it ourselves; the bed sheets were dirty with multiple stains; the AC remote didn't work so we had to use the manual controller located above the closet, which was too high; the door didn’t open smoothly with the card, requiring several swipes from the fourth or fifth attempt.

The beach location and the nighttime entertainment staff were nice, even though activities were very limited. The bathroom feels old, the food isn’t great, and I booked two rooms but was shown a dirty one; they swapped it for a better room but it was single‑beded and I couldn’t get a refund because the booking was non‑refundable.
