The Corus Hotel

Breakfast was a disappointment: no staff were ready to seat guests, and they only served a ready‑made omelet on a plate. There was no active staff present, and even though we didn’t order breakfast, no one asked why we chose to skip it. I’m very disappointed with this property. Many other issues exist, but I can’t list them because the staff seem unwilling to improve.

The location was good, but the price and the property felt too small; the room didn’t justify the 6k cost.

As a Genius customer, I expect a bit more, but this place just didn't cut it. The bathroom was a letdown, with poor cleanliness and drainage issues. When I tried to get some help from housekeeping, I didn't get a response, which was frustrating.

Everything was all good, but it's worth mentioning that there's no elevator, which might be a bit of a hassle for some people.
