I stayed right on the beach and the staff were really pleasant, but the buffet food could use a revamp and more variety; it didn’t live up to hotel standards.

Everyone from reception to housekeeping was super helpful and friendly, always smiling, and I’m especially grateful to Mr. Moussa and Ali from Concierge for their outstanding kindness, but the frequent power cuts were a real hassle, the transport costs were steep, and the bathroom extractor fan was annoyingly loud.

“True Luxury , complimented by its friendly staff, management & Food”

This resort really exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the operations were run with a high level of professionalism. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, and the food was consistently top-notch. The location was also perfect, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions.

The hotel's modern decor and friendly staff were definite highlights - the rooms were stylish and the staff were always happy to help. The specialty restaurants were also top-notch, with delicious food and great service. However, the spa was overpriced and I didn't end up using it. The taxi service offered by the hotel was also extortionate, with prices of $90 for a short trip, which is ridiculous. I managed to negotiate a better price through a different agency, which was a relief.

We were blown away by the quality of this property. The location was ideal, with plenty of amenities and activities nearby, and the food was exceptional. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the restaurants on site served up delicious meals with a smile. We were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend.
