YELLO Hotel Paskal Bandung

The very friendly staff, great location When we arrived at the reception a bit early, the told us 'you are lucky, your room is already cleaned and ready' when we came in the room, it looked like it was not cleaned at all. Hairs everywhere, the bathroom was not clean and the room looked a bit run down. Clearly not as modern as in the pictures. Maybe it was just bad luck, but this kind of ruined our experience at this accommodation right of the bet The staff were welcoming and the spot was convenient. However, arriving early, we were told the room was ready, yet it was filthy—hair everywhere, a dirty bathroom, and a worn‑out feel that didn’t match the photos. It was a real let‑down and spoiled our stay.

“Perfecte locatie en fijn hotel”

The spot was spot‑on, not too busy but plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the Shopping Mall is right next door, super convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, the shower worked well, there were elevators, and the hotel restaurant was also good. On the downside, the carpet in the hallway to the rooms made it hard for my suitcase to roll, so I had to push it hard.
