The location is ideal: close to the center, a few minutes to the beach, and not far from the train station. There’s also a supermarket a minute from the property and many places to shop and eat nearby. The apartment is well equipped: hair dryer, kitchen, extra pillows, etc. Some equipment should be replaced, notably the pan whose Teflon coating is peeling, which could be hazardous to health. Kitchen storage could also be improved. Some cleanliness aspects need attention: the fridge was in a disgusting state. The apartment is modest and a bit dated, but I didn’t expect a high‑end service given the low price. It was my second stay here and I noticed that some rooms had been repainted and some equipment added, which made the apartment more pleasant.

The location is great because it’s easily accessible to everything. Even though it’s a bit hard to find the parking indicated on Booking and even when we rang the bell they give us no more info and we have to figure it out ourselves! Everything was very dirty, the kitchen utensils were shameful, the floor was very dirty, the toilet paper was disgusting, and let’s not even talk about the rest of the apartment…
Everything was fine, but there was a lack of toilet paper and, if possible, sugar‑candy toothpicks were missing.
Very good, super apartment, I recommend it and will return. Nothing else.
