The staff was friendly and helpful; they stored our luggage while we explored the city and waited for check‑in. The bedding was filthy, covered in stains and hair. When I asked for a change, they brought a new, clean sheet for the mattress but left the duvet cover unchanged. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is strategic and close to everywhere; finding food is easy and the nearest bus stop is nearby. The staff are rarely present, the room was filthy—sheets, pillow, mattress, and blanket never seemed to be changed, full of stains, and there were many tiny cockroaches.

The price was really good, the bed was comfy, and the staff were helpful, though the room felt a bit small but still worth it for the cost.

Nothing good. The bedding was extremely dirty. I didn’t want to stay there. I spoke with an employee, who said he would tell his boss that we would receive a free cancellation, which he confirmed, yet after about four weeks nothing happened. The accommodation is a total disappointment.
