The staff services were very good and courteous, the food was very nice, and Mr Rohan, the resort manager, provided excellent service and arranged a cultural program for our group, but the rooms are old and the washrooms weren’t that clean and definitely need urgent renovation.

I was scammed—when I got there, no room was ready, they told me to pre‑pay, yet the app said I could pay on site. Terrible experience; don’t promise what you can’t deliver.

The vibe was great and the nightlife had cool cultural music, but the staff were lazy about cleaning: the room was used and unclean even though we booked two weeks ahead and paid in advance, no clean washroom, no bedsheets, no towels, no soap, and after asking twice the staff didn’t respond sincerely—very disappointing.
