I got charged for something at the restaurant/bar that I shouldn't have, even though we always paid cash. The hotel’s “what room policy” lets anyone add charges without proof, so I asked them to pull it from my card and they said the manager would check it, but nobody followed up.

The place was spotless, safe, and everyone was super friendly. It’s in a great spot, and my husband and kids loved the heated pool. The only downside was that there were no eating utensils in the room.

We stayed on the 8th floor and the view was absolutely stunning; the staff were incredibly kind.

When we arrived, parking was confusing and more expensive than expected. The bathroom had hair in it, and my coffee pot didn’t work. At least the pool was okay.
