“Total different rooms shown in pictures and what they are providing”

The photos of the rooms are completely different from what they actually provide. When I asked for a refund as I was leaving instantly they refused; they said it’s the same but everyone can see the total difference. Also cleaning was not done properly, so I left the property within 20 min of check‑in without any refund.

“The overall great stay.”

The location is ideal, the staff consistently provide helpful service, and the accommodations were maintained to a satisfactory standard, which prompted us to extend our stay to 14 days. The property lacks dedicated parking, experiences noise disturbances from nearby restaurants within the Markaz, and currently lacks on-site dining options, compounded by delays in service. No gym, No pool, No lobbies

“It was comfortable, defo work on cleanliness, staff was very helpful.”

It was alright, 7 out of 10. There were bed bugs, little brown ants, and I got bitten by them, leaving painful pustules along the wound. Definitely work on cleanliness and you will get from 4 to 8.

I liked the cleanliness and the attention given to guest comfort, feeling the hotel offers good value for money. In short, a great place for families. What the facility needs is a bit more expansion on room sizes and better bathroom fixtures. The breakfast at the restaurant is okay, but it should include an international buffet menu at the price charged for a room.

“Stay was average”

The hotel sits right in the heart of Islamabad, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and activities. However, the room lacked basic conveniences such as an electric kettle, tea, coffee, and green tea bags, and there were no water bottles or room service available.
