I booked at the last minute, but the staff handled it quickly and I was grateful for that. No complaints.

The location was close enough to restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms were a bit more spacious than typical Japanese hotel rooms. We had to change rooms because the first one’s AC was very dirty and not working properly, making it hot inside.

“Hyvä tukikohta meidän loman ajan.”

The hotel is quiet and close to shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly. ART HOTEL Kashima Central is a few minutes’ walk away and you can conveniently catch a bus to Tokyo from there. During the rainy September, the room got really damp; the towels never dried after use, though we could change them daily. Even with the air‑conditioner’s drying setting, clothes stayed wet all the time.

“静かで快適な部屋”

The room was spacious and clean. The downside is there’s no convenience store nearby, only a supermarket. Also, the only way to get to Tokyo is via the highway bus.

清潔で気持ちよく泊まれました。バスルームの湿気た臭いもなかったです。. 徒歩でバス停から少し距離がある。
