The spot is amazing; we booked a September getaway and the weather was spot on! The staff were super helpful and accommodating, but I got mixed up with the booking and thought breakfast was included, so I had to pay for it at check‑in.

The staff, rooms, scenery, and food were all great. Nothing to complain about.

The view was nice, but the breakfast could use improvement, the entertainment was lacking, and the spaces for drinkers were not well designed.

The room was poorly equipped, the TV was tiny and hung low, the water wasn’t hot enough to warm a baby bottle in a bath, and it was uncomfortable having to ask the restaurant staff every time for that.

The site is excellent with a stunning lake view and absolute calm. A huge cockroach ran around the toilet every night, and the soap and shampoo bottles were empty.
