“Para ir a dormir esta bien”

The beds had curtains for privacy and the shower water was hot. It was close to a park and a few blocks from the metro station. The man who served me seemed shy, so we couldn’t communicate well; I explained I didn’t speak English but he still gave me instructions in English and wouldn’t let me translate. It didn’t feel like a family hostel. The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable.

“お値段以上のイベント楽しみがあって得しました！”

I stayed for an event and the place was very close to the station, which was great. The owner gave a lot of useful advice and was very helpful. A few other reviews mentioned that the cushions on the two‑tier bed were a bit hard, but I slept well and had no problem. The bath wall had a little mold, but it didn’t bother me. A very clean‑loving person might not like it, but the parts that were used were cleaned properly and everything was very affordable. I was fully satisfied.

“Servicio excelente y atento”

The décor is the best part—it’s super original and I loved it. The location was also excellent, five minutes from the Midosuji line with stops at all the central spots. Restaurants, supermarkets, and even a sento (public bath) are nearby. The best thing is you don’t even need to open Maps because the owner fills the hostel with recommendations for places to go, buy, eat, or anything else. And you can always ask him; he speaks good English, loves chatting with guests, and is very friendly and attentive. The bed was quite hard, but I told the owner and he added extra mattresses so it was comfortable; you can always bring up any issue. Some people have said the owner was a bit stiff at check‑in, but I encourage you to talk to him beyond that—he’s a great person!
