The spot was great, right on foot from plenty of shops and eateries, and the downstairs restaurant’s breakfast buffet was a hit; the lobby felt nice and the staff were friendly. The downside was the constant street noise from the highway next to the hotel, so I had to rely on earplugs to sleep.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, available, and attentive, especially when we ran into hiccups with the new parking lot system—they fixed it quickly. This last‑minute booking came after our original hotel cancelled, so stepping into the lobby and being greeted with “How can we help you?” was a relief. The hotel’s restaurant probably serves the best pastrami I’ve ever tasted, and it’s conveniently close to the Pink and Green lines (loop). The only gripe is that the new parking lot gate system, managed separately, still has a few bugs.
