It’s okay.
I didn’t miss anything in the room’s gear, the spot was great and getting there was a breeze, but the bed was a nightmare—too small and the blanket barely covered two people, so my partner and I left the holiday feeling totally wiped out.
The place was spotless, the location was spot on, and the owners were incredibly polite.

The place sits close to trails, a café, a bar, and a restaurant that’s just average, yet the kitchen is fully stocked, plus there’s a handy little annex on the floor and a fridge in the room; the bed is big and comfy, though an extra blanket or throw would help. The overall cleanliness was solid. On the downside, the building is right on the road, and the traffic is surprisingly heavy; we were on the side facing the street, so daytime noise drowned out the TV and nighttime traffic—especially trucks and motorcycles—kept waking us up. The bathroom had a few flaws too: a lot of dust in the vent that blew around when the light turned on, mold on the ceiling above the shower, and the toilet bowl was peeling away from the wall.
