The setting is very pretty, especially the staff who are very friendly.

The location is good, the hosts are friendly and welcoming, but the comfort is pretty basic.

Nothing special at all. The hotel was very dirty, most of the coffee cups at breakfast were filthy, and the breakfast that was listed as 8€ actually cost 11€. We were charged an extra tax of over 4€, and they wouldn’t give us a receipt.

The breakfast was generous, the restaurant served delicious, hearty dishes, and the place is close to the city center and easy to reach. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay from 21 to 23 August 2026 (the Lorrains). The only downside was the lack of hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes.
